Toronto Silent Hikes & Walks
in a natural setting
The perfect place to train the
Mind & Body
Due to the health risks related to Covid-19, the Silent Hikes & Walks have been cancelled for the 2020 season. We plan to resume in the spring of 2021 in select parks with wide paths so that appropriate distancing can be maintained.
Enjoy the remainder of the summer and fall months. I hope to see you on the trails in the new year.
Stay well, happy and at ease.
Lace up your hiking shoes and enjoy a Silent Hike or Walk in Toronto’s Natural Parklands. Experience the wilderness in the city while practising walking meditation.
The Hikes & Walks are FREE and include tips on how to cultivate a mindfulness and meditation practice in daily life.
Individuals who are interested in learning more about the "inner world" of mind and body are welcome and encouraged to participate.
