Dear friends,

Due to the health risks related to Covid-19, the Silent Hikes & Walks have been cancelled for the 2020 season. We plan to resume in the spring of 2021 in select parks with wide paths so that appropriate distancing can be maintained.

Enjoy the remainder of the summer and fall months. I hope to see you on the trails in the new year.

The Hikes & Walks are FREE and include tips on how to cultivate a mindfulness and meditation practice in daily life.

Individuals who are interested in learning more about the "inner world" of mind and body are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Lynn Marie is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and Meditation Coach in the GTA. She is the founder of Correct Meditation and the Toronto Silent Hikes & Walks Program. Lynn combines her love of nature, silence and mindfulness to teach individuals how they can ‘wake up’ to their inner world of body, thoughts and feelings.

Lynn is also a facilitator and active member with the Theravada Buddhist Community in Toronto. Her direct experience and knowledge of the teachings are shared through a variety of independent workshops which include Meditation & Mindfulness Training as well as the Ancient Practice of Metta; Loving-Kindness to all Beings.
