I have great news to share! The Silent Hikes & Walks will start up again in May 2022. An event calendar will be posted on the website at the end of April. Details will be emailed to those on the mailing list.

Here are a few highlights for 2022:
  • Silent Hikes with Mindfulness Instruction
  • Silent Metta Walks
  • Meditation Instruction for the Four Postures - Sitting, Standing, Walking, Lying Down
  • Sutta Circle in the Park followed by a Silent Walk
  • Silent Gratitude Walks - For those who have lost loved ones
  • Silent Gratitude Walks - For those who have lost beloved Pets
  • Silent Family Walks - All ages welcome


  • All organised activities are FREE. We will meet in various parks in the GTA. Please check-in at the beginning of May for more details on the Silent Hikes & Walks. Or, add your name to our mailing list if you want to receive the monthly calendar. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Hikes & Walks are FREE and include tips on how to cultivate a mindfulness and meditation practice in daily life.

Lynn Marie is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and Meditation Coach in the GTA. She is the founder of Correct Meditation and the Toronto Silent Hikes & Walks Program. Lynn combines her love of nature, silence and mindfulness to teach individuals how they can ‘wake up’ to their inner world of body, thoughts and feelings.

Lynn is also a facilitator and active member with the Theravada Buddhist Community in Toronto. Her direct experience and knowledge of the teachings are shared through a variety of independent workshops which include Meditation & Mindfulness Training as well as the Ancient Practice of Metta; Loving-Kindness to all Beings.
